Chapter 49: The Perfect Date

大家，午安!
Wow, it's been such a great week this week! We saw a lot of cool miracles happen with English class, and we got to go with Zhuang JieMei to the temple! It was so awesome, but more on that later. 
Last Sunday we decided that, in order to get more English students, we would share about our English class website on multiple different Facebook pages in the area. A few elders in our mission made this super cool website (www.taiwaneng.com, you can check it out, but I'm pretty sure it's all in Chinese haha) and on the website you can sign up for English class! They also made a "Facebook messenger bot" that automatically sends us the referrals from the website as soon as they come through. It's like literally the sickest thing. So after we posted about the English class on Facebook (Sunday night at 7 is the best time to do it, just so you know) our posts just blew up and we had a ton of people liking them, commenting, and signing up for English class from the posts. We got over 40 referrals just from a few posts on certain Facebook pages! So we called all the referrals, invited them to English class, and said we look forward to seeing them. It was so cool!
Wednesday, April 25 was a really great day. It was not too hot, and not too cold. All we needed was a light jacket. We also had a ton of our referrals come to English class! It was the most lit English class I've been to. We got a lot of new investigators from it too, and we're expecting more next week!  On Thursday we got to go with Zhuang JieMei (she got baptized in February) to the Taibei temple to do confirmations. I love the sweet peace we feel in the temple, and she said she also felt something different, something she's never felt before there too. It was such a great experience. We were so excited for her!
Also another story about Zhuang JieMei, she's like literally the most lit person in the world. Like a month and a half ago we met with her and she told us she had a cousin she was sharing the gospel with who wanted to meet with the missionaries and get baptized! So we helped her send the referral right over to the DanFeng elders. Anyways, that cousin got baptized on Saturday night! Such a cool thing to see how helping one person come unto Christ also helps other people too!

Hello! Happy Thanksgiving! This week was so great! We had so much fun this week, ahh it was just so so awesome! This week, we spent a little time preparing a play about the background of Thanksgiving for our ward party on Saturday. Let's just say, it was the funniest thing ever and I would send it to y'all except for the fact that it's in Chinese and most of you wouldn't understand it. But it was actually hilarious and honestly one of the most funny things I've ever participated in. The ward LOVED it and they quoted it all the time at church the next day hahaha. We also got to participate in a super sick aboriginal dance with members of the Beinan tribe. It was sooooo sick and some of the Elders in our district got to wear traditional Taiwanese clothing to dance in. haha I was a little jealous, but it's fine I'm over it.  We had a great thanksgiving too! Chapter 80: I'll be home for Christmas

"You can count on me" hahahaha 大家好 This week was great! We went caroling at Carrefour like last year and it was so much fun.  I don't really know what to say for this week. I just cant believe it's over! Crazy. My mission has been great, it's been hard, its been happy, its been sad. But most importantly, it's been the most amazing experience of my life. Chapters 66 and 67: When the going gets tough, the tough get going AND I become famous X3

Happy September!!  Lol I'm so dead I can't believe it's already September. I think I say that every month. Haha. This week was definitely one of those growing weeks as a missionary. Our friends have like literally all disappeared or texted us saying they don't want to meet with us anymore. Like. Literally all of them. Except for this one really cute family (they are really cool). It's been pretty hard for me and Sister Cajilig because we've been working so hard and having great, spiritual lessons, but then these people just disappear. All at the same time. It's been of one of those "Do I falter or do I finish?" kind of weeks. And we decided to finish! So we are going to go ham this week on the street contacting and finding, it's going to be great!
